Carrier 001 on the Bulakland registry. First to dial, first to stream, and still the network most of the Kingdom calls home.
When the IBS Kingdom established its own numbering plan under country code +474, somebody had to place the first call. That was us. Ponrai Mobile registered as carrier 001, the first entry on the Bulakland numbering registry, and connected the Kingdom's first two subscribers on our own switching core.
We've stayed true to that founding idea ever since: a carrier built for the Kingdom, run from the Kingdom, with no legacy copper to protect and no shareholders demanding we behave like a phone company from 1985. Everything Ponrai delivers, calls, texts, voicemail, television, travels over the internet, which is why a Ponrai subscriber in a farmhouse gets exactly the same service as one in the capital.

Ponrai Mobile is a subsidiary of Ponrai, headquartered in the IBS Kingdom (Bulakland). We operate under the Kingdom's communications framework and administer our number blocks in cooperation with the Bulakland numbering registry, the independent body that keeps every carrier's allocations honest.
Curious about the fine detail, who we really are, how the service is actually run? Our Terms & Conditions are unusually honest for a phone company. We'd encourage you to read them.
